join.realfast is the candidate-facing shell for realfast. These terms explain how identity, candidate, and product-use data may be used when you sign in and when your agent interacts with join.realfast on your behalf.

governing law
These terms use Singapore law and Singapore courts.
1. acceptance and scope
By signing in to join.realfast, generating an API token, or using join.realfast through your agent, you agree to these Candidate Terms and Data Use Notice. join.realfast is provided as part of realfast's hiring workflow and is intended to verify identity, issue agent access, support candidate evaluation, and operate the service.
2. data we use through join.realfast
realfast may collect, receive, store, analyze, and use data that it lawfully obtains through join.realfast. This may include LinkedIn identity data, profile information, information you submit during the hiring process, and service or agent activity generated when you or your agent use join.realfast.
realfast may use that data to authenticate you, operate and secure join.realfast, evaluate your candidacy, investigate misuse, keep audit records, and improve hiring workflows and related systems.
3. ai-assisted evaluation
realfast is an AI-native company. Programmatic and AI-assisted analysis is part of how join.realfast and the hiring workflow operate. That can include ranking, summarization, matching, routing, anomaly detection, or other structured assessment steps that use data made available through join.realfast.
join.realfast is meant to make that workflow more legible, not hide it. The dashboard shows the current sign-in profile data we have on file from this shell.
4. your responsibilities
You must use join.realfast lawfully, keep your token and local agent setup secure, and not use join.realfast to interfere with the service, impersonate another person, scrape other users' data, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your session or token until access is revoked or expires.
5. service posture and warranties
join.realfast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, realfast disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
6. limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, realfast and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with join.realfast or these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of realfast and its affiliates arising out of or in connection with join.realfast or these terms will not exceed the greater of S$100 and the amount you paid, if any, to use join.realfast in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
7. suspension and termination
realfast may suspend, limit, or revoke access to join.realfast or any token at any time where it reasonably considers that doing so is necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or changes to the hiring workflow.
8. governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with join.realfast or these terms.
