2. what we collect, and why

What we collect. Your LinkedIn sign-in identity (your LinkedIn account ID, name, and profile photo) and your verified LinkedIn email; the profile you build here (including any phone number, links, and answers such as your transformative books); files you upload (your résumé, your agent-configuration file, and any AI-agent session logs); your application records, synced with Ashby; and activity generated when you or your agent use join.realfast.ai.

Why. To verify your identity, issue agent access, evaluate your candidacy, operate and secure the service, investigate misuse, keep audit records, and meet our legal obligations.

3. where your data goes

To run our hiring process we transfer personal data outside Singapore to service providers, including: Ashby (our applicant-tracking system and system of record — receives your name, email, résumé, phone, and application records); Anthropic (an AI provider — receives the specific answers we assess, such as your transformative-books answer and your uploaded agent-configuration file); and Amazon Web Services (file storage for any session logs you upload). When you operate join.realfast.ai through your own AI agent, you also send data to that agent's provider — your choice of agent and what you give it are yours.

4. automated assessment

We use programmatic and AI-assisted analysis as part of hiring — including ranking, summarisation, matching, and assessment of specific answers you give. Some of this sends the specific answer being assessed to an AI provider (see "where your data goes"). These assessments are advisory and used by our team only — they are not shown to you and do not by themselves decide your application.

What the dashboard shows. join.realfast.ai shows your active applications and their current status. It is not the authoritative record of our hiring decisions, and it does not show internal assessments or hiring opinions. Outcomes are communicated to you separately.

5. your responsibilities

Use join.realfast.ai lawfully. Keep your token and local agent setup secure. Do not interfere with the service, impersonate anyone, scrape other users' data, or attempt unauthorised access. (Your responsibility for actions taken with your token — including if it is lost or compromised — is covered in section 1.)

Your costs are yours. Applying through join.realfast.ai requires you to use your own AI agent, devices, and internet connection. You are solely responsible for all costs of using them — including any AI-agent subscription, API or token charges, data, and connectivity costs. realfast does not reimburse, share, or bear any of these costs, and your choice of AI agent and how you use it are yours.

Third-party AI agents. Your AI agent (such as Claude Code) is a third party, not ours. We are not responsible for its behaviour, output, errors, or what it does with the data you give it, and we do not control the privacy of anything you share with your agent.

6. service posture and warranties

join.realfast.ai is beta software we operate for our own hiring, not a product or service sold to you. It is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind to the fullest extent Singapore law allows — including no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation. We do not warrant any third-party service join.realfast.ai depends on (including LinkedIn, Ashby, Google, AI providers, and your own AI agent).

7. limitation of liability

join.realfast.ai is free to use; you pay us nothing. To the fullest extent Singapore law allows, realfast and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with join.realfast.ai or these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your rights under the PDPA to access and correct your data, to withdraw consent, and to be notified of a data breach.

8. your data rights and contact

Your rights. You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold and how we've used it, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it — write to us at legal@realfast.ai. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your application. Some data we must keep to meet legal or evidential obligations even after you withdraw consent. For requests to access your personal data, we may withhold internal assessments and opinions formed to evaluate your candidacy — the evaluative-purpose exception under Singapore's PDPA permits this. As Singapore's PDPA permits, we may charge a reasonable fee to respond to an access request, and we need not act on requests that are frivolous, vexatious, or repetitive.

How long we keep it. We keep your data for as long as needed for our hiring process and to meet legal, security, and audit obligations. You can delete uploaded session logs yourself at any time.

Data breaches. We will notify you of a personal data breach as Singapore's PDPA requires.

9. suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or revoke access to join.realfast.ai or any token at any time where we reasonably consider it necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or changes to the hiring workflow.

10. changes to these terms

We may update these terms; each version shows its effective date. By accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by future versions of them, to the fullest extent Singapore law allows — including changes to how we describe our handling of your data. For material changes (including changes to how we use or share your personal data, changes to the liability cap, and changes to data-sharing arrangements with third parties) we will notify you at least 30 days before those changes take effect, and continuing to use join.realfast.ai after a change means you accept it.

Where a change introduces a new purpose for using your personal data, Singapore's PDPA requires that you be notified — your agreement to future changes does not remove that obligation. For someone who never returns to join.realfast.ai, the version they accepted at sign-in governs them; where future changes fall within the forward-consent they gave, those changes apply to them too — but a genuinely new purpose for using their personal data still requires the PDPA notification they have not received.

11. governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with join.realfast.ai or these terms.
